What we process, why and for how long

  • Answering your question and preparing a quote

    Data
Name, email address, phone number if you give us one, your message, and, for the form, the page you sent it from.
    Legal basis
An agreement with you, at your request. If you write on behalf of a company: our legitimate interest in answering your question.
    Retention
We keep your question and our answer for as long as needed to help you. If you hire us, we keep your data for as long as the project runs and after that for as long as needed for the warranty and legal obligations. A message sent through the form is deleted automatically from the website’s database 12 months after it arrives.
  • Keeping the website running and secure

    Data
Your IP address, browser, time and page in the hosting log. Your IP address also goes to our storage when your browser fetches photos and videos from it. For the form, the hosting checks, based on characteristics of your browser, whether a person or a bot is submitting it, and the website remembers your IP address for about 15 minutes, so that nobody can submit the form over and over.
    Legal basis
Legitimate interest: showing the website and preventing misuse.
    Retention
The hosting log for one day, the storage log for up to 7 days. Messages the website flags as spam are kept for 30 days.
  • Showing our work and our team

    Data
Photos and videos of projects, with the location, and of the people who work for us (name, job title and photo). Sometimes a building or a person can be recognised.
    Legal basis
Legitimate interest: showing what we do and who does it.
    Retention
For as long as the project or the employee is on the website, and after that for up to 60 days in the admin area’s recycle bin.
  • Your name and email address are needed to reply to you; the rest is optional.
